As stated on their website, "CCA support the Crohn's and colitis community with a focus on confidential support programs, including education, advocacy, counselling, increasing awareness, and generating and utilising fund for research and support". The Gastrointestinal Society of Australia (GESA): GESA is the peak body for gastroenterology and hepatology in Australia. They work to set, promote and improve the standard of practice, training and research in Australia. There is a section specifically for consumer information about gastrointestinal health and nutrition, and they provide numerous downloadable fact sheets.
